The :Nyan-ko-pong: Sovereign Native Maroon Ministry of Legal & Constitutional Affairs was established to keep an overview of the governments legislative agendas as well as its legal and constitutional aim to reclaim the Tribal status, acknowledged internationally as Indigenous like the People before the time of conquest, colonization or the establishment of present state boundaries" in accordance to United Nations International Labor Organization Convention169 - (Article 26) which states

"Measures shall be taken to ensure that members of the peoples concerned have the opportunity to acquire education at all levels on at least an equal footing with the rest of the national community." #unilo169_article26


1. The legislative process and the role of all stakeholders in the process;

2. The laws which govern the operations of Ministries, Departments and Agencies, and the need to comply with them;

3. Administrative/Public Legal requirements for the exercise of statutory functions;

4. The Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms and the role of the Sovereign Maroon Nation in protecting native rights;

5. The Governments' Legal and Constitutional Reform Agendas. Protect the rights of the Sovereign Maroon Natives of Xaymaca which are guaranteed under the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms.
