Any individual in possessions of their :Nyan-ko-pong: Maroon identification has been identified as "Tribal" and is therefore protected under international instruments, in particular those related to human rights, in consultation and cooperation with these peoples.

As a set initiative of Sovereign-enlightenment amongst our Nation of people in preservation of the :Ancestral Tribal status acknowledged globally as Indigenous like the people before the time of conquest colonization or the establishment of present state boundaries for friends, family and future generations in accordance to the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People which has over forty articled provisions in relations to Sovereign laws and The Rights of Indigenous Peoples mainly,

:article.9. which states "Indigenous peoples and individuals have the right to belong to an indigen-ous community or nation, in accordance with the traditions and customs of the community or nation concerned. No discrimination of any kind may arise from the exercise of such a right."

:article.20. which states "1. Indigenous peoples have the right to maintain and develop their politi-cal, economic and social systems or institutions, to be secure in the enjoyment of their own means of subsistence and development, and to engage freely in all their traditional and other economic activities."

:article.23. which states "Indigenous peoples have the right to determine and develop priorities and strategies for exercising their right to development. In particular, indigenous peoples have the right to be actively involved in developing and determining health, housing and other economic and social programs affecting them and, as far as possible, to administer such programs through their own institution."

 We the indigenous people of The :Nyan-ko-pong: Sovereign Native Maroon Global Tribal Nation Territories have exercised those rights by establishing our Global :Nyan-ko-pong: Indigenous Maroon Government in accordance to the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People extends its Sovereign Greetings on behalf of The Chief Maroon Ministry of Legal and Constitutional Affairs and offers a seat amongst the Indigenous Maroon Government Chiefs and Official as Honored Guest in audience of our next Global meeting where we plan to continue our discussion on several issues of concern as it relates to foster mutual understanding and explore avenues of cooperation in various fields, mainly -

The United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People is the most comprehensive international instrument on the rights of indigenous peoples as it establishes a universal framework of minimum standards for the survival, dignity and well-being of the indigenous peoples of the world and it elaborates on existing human rights standards and fundamental freedoms as they apply to the specific situation of indigenous peoples.
