As the Emperor of the :Nyan-ko-pong: Sovereign Maroon Global Tribal Nation Territories, Natives of Atlantis Xaymaca, North America and all the Global Maroon Nation Territories worldwide, l, the Chief High Priest, His Excellency, The Emperor Horus Lewis El Bey, is Governed to lead our People to building a nation with opportunities for the Native People of the land. We shall keep on building a nation where people will know their rights and be able to exercise them; a place where our people will no longer be held hostage and manipulated by the Colonials on their land, and that all the Native People of this land and those yet to come, will keep on having a better future, one we can be proud of.

This plan is just the beginning of a Standard Procedure that will take all of us where we want to be and should be, in the future, to make Atlantis the place of choice to live, work, raise families, do business and carry out a life filled with fun, freedom and fulfilment.

His Royal Excellency Maroon Emperor and Chief High Priest :Horus: Lewis: El Bey: continues to play an important part in the life of the :Nyan-ko-pong: Sovereign Native People Global Maroon Nation and Territories.

His Royal Excellency Maroon Emperor and Chief High Priest :Horus: Lewis: El Bey: is Head of the Maroon Nations and His Royal Ancestry role is known as a constitutional monarchy. This means that, while the Sovereign is Head of Nations, the ability to make and pass legislation resides with an elected Parliament.

As Head of Nations, his monarchy undertakes constitutional and representational duties which have developed over two hundred and eighty five (285) years of Sovereign Maroon history.

In addition to the Nations duties, His Royal Excellency Maroon Emperor and Chief High Priest :Horus: La Lewis: El Bey: has a more formal role as "Head of Nations", to appoint most of the key officials of "The Royal House" such as High Chiefs, High Priests, Council of Elders, Ambassadors and Diplomats.

Further to this; His Excellency the Maroon Emperors' roles also involve acceptance of the elected parliament's newly appointed Prime Minister, and other key figures that are appointed on the advice of the governments' head, that are required to form a parliament, along with key judicial figures, senior church ministers, all major senior office holders in the civil service, foreign service and commissioned officers of the military.

The Sovereign maroon Emperor acts as a focus for national identity, unity and pride; gives a sense of stability and continuity; officially recognizes success and excellence; and supports the ideal of sustainable development and voluntary service.

In all these roles The Sovereign Emperor is supported by members of his immediate family and associated delegates who are deemed as part of the Emperors Royal House.

As the Chief High Priest, His Excellency the Maroon Emperor's role further extends to fulfilling his spiritual duties on behalf of the "Most High" and Holy See
