Invitations to Sovereign Maroons of Panama City, Panama identified globally as Indigenous/ Native/ Maroon like the people before conquest, colonization or the establishment of state boundaries to represent with our Sovereign Maroon Government documents of identification in accordance to the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People which has over forty articled provisions in relations to Sovereign laws and The Rights of Indigenous Peoples. mainly,

:Article.9. which states "Indigenous peoples and individuals have the right to belong to an indigenous community or nation, in accordance with the traditions and customs of the community or nation concerned. No discrimination of any kind may arise from the exercise of such a right."

:Article.20. which states "Indigenous peoples have the right to maintain and develop their political, economic and social systems or institutions, to be secure in the enjoyment of their own means of subsistence and development, and to engage freely in all their traditional and other economic activities."

:Article.23. which states "Indigenous peoples have the right to determine and develop priorities and strategies for exercising their right to development. In particular, indigenous peoples have the right to be actively involved in developing and determining health, housing and other economic and social programs affecting them and, as far as possible, to administer such programs through their own institution."
