I am a Maroon, globally acknowledged
as an indigenous individual; asset to a sovereign nation and native to a
Tribal Nation Territory known as :Nyan-ko-pong: Maroon, a Global Maroon
Republic State inhabited by the people before conquest, colonization or
the establishment of state boundaries located within The Americas,
Greater Antilles of Atlantis "The Island of Xaymaca"
As a Sovereign Agent of State to a Maroon Government I am responsible to uphold the development and standards of operations within the Sovereign Maroon Government in preservation of our culture as a Sovereign nation.
As a Maroon asset to a sovereign nation my status is ab-original and as an ab-original my right to self determination has been provisioned in accordance to Declarations on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, mainly;
Article 6 & Article 9 which states that every indigenous peoples and individuals have the right to belong to an indigenous community or nationality, in accordance with the traditions and customs of the community or nation concerned as an initiative for Cultural preservation, no discriminations of any kind may arise from the exercise of such a right.
I am also responsible for preservation of my culture, self and generation as an asset to a sovereign nation, throughout history the task has been one that only increases in difficulties as time progresses as our methods of self preservation have traditionally rendered the opportunities through a collaborated effort of muscle for land and sea activities by our people. As a result of colonization and the established state boundaries policies are still being implemented and conditions of tax applied for exceptional goods and services be made available to the people of Jamaica as substitute for the lack of resources in the natural food source that we provide as a Sovereign nation.

Colonization and how it affects a nation of Indigenous Maroon People. |
"Humanity dawned into existence through a connection of mind, body and soul - however as time passed, many maroons have been reduced to an existence of mind and soul due to the effect of being colonized movement has been bordered and marginalized.
The rise of a colonized nation also contributes to the economic breakdown of a sovereign nation and the sacrifices of our indigenous people which is why preservation of our tribal status acknowledged globally as indigenous should be added to current issues of concern as not all of our sovereign indigenous individuals will be able effectively contribute to the development of the colonial system due to a condition now a major issue of concern within most established state boundaries as "mental health deficiencies" "mental illness" or "mental disorders".
This is said to have derived from
the fact that our indigenous maroon natives have been disconnected from cultural practices and spiritual beliefs as an indigenous asset to a sovereign nation
over a pro-longed period time contributing to deeper states of depression and
suppression." |

A highly debated
disadvantage of colonization and existence within the establishment of state
boundaries would be a British Law which basically highlights the reality that its' citizens are not to see access to beaches as free.
|
"A Shoreline is defined by us/we the people before conquest, colonization or the establishment of state boundaries as; the area where the land meets the water, however Jamaicans have been marginalizing many of these resource all across Xaymaca to a point of confusion where individuals have begun to protest against - what seems to be violation to a
tradition where these resource have been made available for the survival of many relatives - who are now flabbergasted at current situations being faced as fishermen have been and are still being displaced contributing to the economic breakdown of a Sovereign nation.
Foreign investors are now able to adopted land that features these resources through the 1965 Beach Control Act of Jamaica, a British Colonial Law that basically promotes the fact that its citizens are not to see access to beaches as free." |

having been disconnected from their cultural practices and spiritual beliefs as

on preservation initiatives aimed towards the :Nyan-ko-pong: Sovereign
Maroon Republic of Xaymaca and other Territories of our Global Tribal Nation in accordance to Article 9, 20 and 23 of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People as these resources are being marginalized contributing to the economic breakdown of our Sovereign nation ( Nyan-ko-pong Sovereign Maroon Global Tribal Nation Territories ) to a point of confusion and economic armrest as foreign investors are now able to adopt land that features these resources through the 1965 Beach Control Act of Jamaica, a British Colonial Law that basically promotes the fact that its citizens are not to see access to beaches as free.
Our maroon people are acknowledged globally as indigenous which exempts our maroon people from the laws that govern the construct of colonization though its' citizens are being reminded that violations to the act will not be tolerated.
