The :Nyan-ko-pong:
Sovereign Native Maroon Chief Ministry of Sport
and Gender Affairs core role is to facilitate the development of Gender and Sport
through the establishment of a conducive policy
environment that provides strategic support systems, programmes and
projects for personnel development, character building, sport policy
implementation and community-based initiatives.
The :Nyan-ko-pong:
Sovereign Native Maroon Government of Xaymaca defines Gender Equality as the cultural, economic, social
and political characteristics, roles and opportunities through which
women and men are socially constructed and valued.
In this senses the Ministry is mandated to ensure Gender equality and
equity is promoted for the social protection and development of man, woman,
boy, girl, vulnerable and excluded groups such as
the disabled and the homeless, to assist in the fulfillment of their
rights, empowerment and increased participation into the Nations
development.
